  • What is your hourly rate?

    Plumbing 360 does not charge by time and material; we charge by the job so you get a price upfront in writing before any work begins. The benefit is catered to you: if the job takes longer than expected, you don’t pay a dime more because we use a national guide called Straight Forward Pricing.

  • Do you charge for travel time or a trip charge?

    There is a service fee to get a technician to you, which allows us to keep jobs as low as $79 without hiding costs in our pricing. Unlike companies that offer "free estimates" and send commission-based technicians, we prioritize your best interests.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our technicians are available for standard appointments Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Additionally, we offer 24-hour emergency service 7 days a week for urgent issues.

  • Do you charge for overtime?

    No, because we know emergencies happen when you least expect them and are already stressful; however, we do have a specific Emergency Service Fee.

  • Do you charge extra for holidays?

    Yes, we have an extra holiday charge where 100% goes to the technician to make it worth their while to be away from their family to help yours.

  • What is your response time?

    For after-hours emergencies, our goal is a 60-minute response time. We generally offer same-day appointments within a 3-hour window or will schedule you for the next day if the situation isn't urgent and we are fully booked.

  • If you give me a quote, will you ever exceed that price?

    Not for the work listed on the quote; if we encounter an unusual situation requiring additional work, we will stop, inform you, and provide a separate quote for your approval before proceeding.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

    Yes, we are licensed by the State of Arizona (ROC #268832) and carry General Liability, Workmen’s Compensation, and vehicle insurance. We can provide waivers of subrogation and "additional insured" endorsements for our commercial property clients.

  • Are your technicians sub-contractors or employees?

    Plumbing 360 only has employees who are drug-free, background-checked, and qualified to properly represent our company—never sub-contractors.

  • What are your payment methods?

    We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer Net 30-day billing for approved clients and 18-month interest-free financing OAC.
