What is your hourly rate?
Plumbing 360 does not charge by the hour, we charge by the job. You will know how much we are charging for each job; before we start any work. The benefit is catered to the consumer. If the job takes longer than expected you don’t pay a dime more.
The management at Plumbing 360 has spent countless man-hours creating a flat rate price book that makes sense for both the consumer and Plumbing 360.
What are your business hours?
We have technicians available Monday–Sunday from 8 am–6 pm.
Do you charge for overtime?
No, we feel that emergencies happen when you least expect them. And most of the time people are in a panicked state of mind so the last thing they need is to worry about overtime. We want our customers to know they can count on us no matter the hour.
Do you charge extra for holidays?
We do have an extra holiday charge. The technicians get 100% of it. We feel that if they have to be out on a job instead of with their family they should be compensated.
What is your response time?
If it’s an after-hours emergency our response time is 60 minutes. We generally can do same day appointments, and we ask for a 2-hour window. If we are booked and it is something that can wait we will ask you if we can schedule for the next day. If it is something urgent, and we are booked we will make it out to your house that day either by moving the schedule around or after business hours.
If you give me a quote, will you ever exceed that price?
Not for the work listed on the quote. But sometimes we will run into unusual situations after we start the job that may require additional work. We will always stop, inform you of the situation and complete another quote for any price change. We will always present them to you for approval.
Are you licensed bonded and insured?
Yes, we are licensed by the State of Arizona (ROC # 268832) Remember if you hire an unlicensed contractor and anything goes wrong the Register of Contractors can not help you recover your funds. Also, you may have a problem with your insurance company paying for any related damages. We are also insured Plumbing 360 carries General Liability Insurance, Workman’s Compensation Insurance and Insurance on all our vehicles. For all of our Property Management clients, we can provide all necessary waiver of subrogation endorsements as well as the “additional insured” endorsement your firm requires.
What are your payment methods?
Plumbing 360 accepts personal check, cash, Visa MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For approved clients, we also offer Net 30 day billing, as an additional service OAC.
Are your Technicians subcontractors or employees?
Plumbing 360 only has employees. All our employees must be drug-free and pass a stringent criminal background check as well. Each individual hired by Plumbing 360 is a qualified person to properly represent our company.
Was your name Senor Rooter before? Why did you change your name?
Yes and very proud of it. We felt the company would have better job exposure with this new name –Plumbing 360.
